With a focus on lead generation and usability, the website was designed to clearly present Monsoon Pools’ services while guiding users through the enquiry process using considered copywriting and clear calls to action. During the early stages of the project, IC Creative Design worked directly with the business owner, visiting completed pool sites and capturing photography on location—ensuring the website imagery reflected real projects and the quality of Monsoon Pools’ workmanship.

Monsoon Pools required a complete brand identity developed from the ground up. IC Creative Design delivered logo design, brand identity development and colour palette selection, alongside website design, copywriting and call-to-action strategy—creating a cohesive and recognisable brand system applied consistently across both digital and physical applications.
