event organisers approached IC Creative Design to assist with the promotion of their cycling event.
The event website was re-designed, to make it more appealing to new visitors and to make the website much easier to navigate. Engaging, emotive event photography was used throughout the site alongside a strong call to action to capture website visitor’s information for future marketing.
The website incorporates an online shop which sells event merchandise, photo gallery with images from previous years events and a latest news/blog section which is constantly updated and shared via social media.
IC Creative Design source material and write blogs for the website as part of an on-going service. This helps drive new traffic to the website via enhanced search engine performance and provides interesting content to attract past visitors to return to the website.
The Noosa Strade Bianche is marketed online to new potential competitors via strategic facebook/instagram marketing campaigns (managed by IC Creative Design). A short promotional video was developed with demographics targeted by the campaign. Each campaign was tracked online with tools such as Google Analytics, managing campaign effectiveness and making sure marketing funds were being spent wisely.
A series of email campaigns are also sent during periods of marketing, these tie in with event dates and latest news items. Email Direct Marketing campaigns (EDM’s) are a great way to stay in touch with your database.
