Fox Noosa approached IC Creative Design to assist with the development of a new ‘real-estate’ brand that could compete in the highly contested Noosa property market.
The Fox brand was developed to incorporate key colours orange and navy blue. The goal, to develop a contemporary feel that also portrays trust and integrity.
After the design of the brand logo was finalised, several additional versions of the logo were designed (square, portrait, landscape, circular etc…) to suit the various Real Estate and Social platforms. Business cards, letterhead, postcards and marketing templates followed to complete a suite of printed tools to assist with the sale of properties.
‘For Sale’ signboards were created to further enhance the Fox brand and visually showcase each property for sale. A selection of designs were made available, to suit various photograph formats and the space available at property locations.
The website look and feel was developed after researching several market competitors, incorporating a responsive design to display across the plethora of devices that currently access the internet to search for property. Rather than following other Real Estate Agents into an expensive locked-in contract solution, Fox Noosa have an independent website that can be updated in-house if required. Their only on-going cost commitment being annual website hosting.
IC Creative Design also produced a simple overview video for Fox Noosa to feature on the home-page of their website, showcasing the Noosa area in a looping video format.
